# SS 01 RUDOLF HESS GENUINE AUTOGRAPHED HOFFMANN POST CARD

This is a genuine signed PRE-1945 Hoffmann post card of Rudolf Hess, who was the 2nd most powerful man in the Third Reich until he grabbed a plane and flew to Scotland in a vain attempt to make peace with England. He spent the rest of his long life in prison after real war criminals (which he was NOT) were released. Why? I suspect it is because he had secrets that were too sensitive to be told to the public. He signed it boldly with a fountain pen: "Hearfelt Greetings R.Hess" (It is a Hoffmann card # 306) Notice there is a VERY small piece missing in the upper right hand side of the border. No biggie.
